01 / Process / Workforce + navigation

FPMC Workforce OS

Make the next step visible.

Workforce preparation and everyday barriers rarely arrive separately. FPMC Workforce OS connects participant records, tasks, navigation matters, employer connections and placement follow-up in one operational view.

  • Seven workforce stages
  • Coordinated navigation matters
  • Assigned tasks and follow-up

The contribution

FPMC’s portable workforce and navigation core keeps staff responsibility, evidence and human review connected to the next action. Samantha’s Recovery Passport can operate as a separately identified, optional extension.

Where it stands

A working development build with an administrator view and fictional demonstration records. Institutional rollout and program outcomes are separate from the software build.

02 / People / Participant experience

Recovery Passport: Almost Heaven

Let people see their own progress.

Recovery Passport brings recovery, learning, work, recreation, culture and service into a personal record of experience. Participants reflect on what they did; staff keep evidence and verification distinct.

  • Participant reflections
  • Evidence and human verification
  • Physical + digital experience

The contribution

The originating framework and vision are Samantha Ryan’s. Samantha is a West Virginia state-certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS). FPMC’s contribution is the software implementation and integration with its separate workforce system.

Where it stands

The existing demonstration follows experience, evidence, human verification, reflection and a stamp. Real experience content, providers and milestone rules remain in development.

03 / Technology / Factual records + workflows

Ryan & Ryan / Self-Advocacy

Give the story a usable structure.

The FPMC Self-Advocacy Console turns a complicated account into a sequence of manageable steps: collect the facts, organize supporting material, build a chronology and prepare a factual packet for review.

  • Structured intake
  • Chronology and evidence index
  • Factual packets for review

The contribution

FPMC’s interactive prototype supports the Ryan & Ryan self-advocacy workstream with intake, case organization, source references and controlled review steps.

Where it stands

A working interactive prototype using fictional demonstration data. It is not a live client, payment or court-filing service.

04 / Narrative / Research + public engagement

AI Personhood Institute

Make the reasoning visible.

The Institute connects research, media and public engagement around a central question: when systems shape someone’s opportunities or identity, how can that person be heard? Its reading room and research agenda make room for sources, responses and correction.

  • A sourced reading room
  • Questions of agency and recourse
  • Traceable public reasoning

The contribution

Initiated by Barry-Lee Pace and FPMC. The Institute’s public inquiry is distinct from FPMC’s commercial consulting and products.

Where it stands

The website, reading room and research agenda are taking shape. The broader research and engagement program remains in development.

Earlier / Fieldwork
